Alma Dance offers bachata classes in North Seattle for people who've always wanted to try dancing.

Bachata is a partner dance from the Dominican Republic and honestly, one of the most fun things you can do with your feet. The basic step clicks fast, the music pulls you in before you're ready, and before long you're actually dancing. No experience needed. No coordination required. Just show up curious and we'll take it from there.

What to Expect

Classes at Alma Dance are designed to be a good time. You'll get clear instruction, real feedback, and a room with good energy. No partner? No problem. We rotate so everyone dances with everyone. The pace builds confidence without the pressure, and by the end you'll be moving in ways that actually feel good. Come ready to laugh a little, dance a lot, and get hooked.
